Throughout my career as a digital designer that spans nearly two decades, I’ve always followed an ever-evolving process with a single purpose in mind: deliver the most value to my employer (or client) through thoughtful design. Today, I mostly focus on designing software products, and my approach to building meaningful experiences for my clients’ customers consists of four distinct steps.
